KSEJ-4107: GPA Dehydrator
May 15, 2009, Edmonton, Alberta. Kocken has completed fabrication and testing of a 50 MMSCFD Natural Gas Dehydrator for GPA Energy, SA de CV. The contactor tower incorporates Kocken’s proprietary high efficiency / high turndown bubble-cap style trays. The unit is destined for Estacion Buena Suerte in Northern Mexico where it will be commissioned during the month of June, 2009.
KSEJ-0209: MGCL Separator
May 14, 2009, Edmonton, Alberta. Kocken has completed fabrication and testing of a 10 MMSCFD / 5,000 BOPD / 500 BWPD Three-Phase Separator for Mari Gas Company Limited. KOCKEN’s High Efficiency S-Cone® Internals and Flow Conditioning Assemblies were utilized to reduce the equipment footprint while increasing the separation efficiency. The equipment was fast-tracked with fabrication time of only 49 days from date of purchase order to date of delivery. The unit is destined for Quetta in the province of Baluchistan, Pakistan where it will be commissioned in the month of July, 2009.
KSEJ-3408: MGCL Dehydrator
May 12, 2009, Edmonton, Alberta. Kocken has completed fabrication and testing of a 15 MMSCFD Natural Gas Dehydrator for Mari Gas Company Limited. The equipment was fast-tracked with completion in only 45 days from date of purchase order to date of delivery. The unit is destined for KOONJ-1A in province of SIND, Pakistan where it will be commissioned in the month of July, 2009.
KSEJ-0708: MGCL Dehydrator
April 1, 2009, Edmonton Alberta. Kocken has completed fabrication and testing of a 125 MMSCFD Natural Gas Dehydrator for Mari Gas Company Limited. The equipment has been designed for gas having CO2 content of 40% and was constructed using SS Cladding Materials. Seven container loads of modularized equipment were completed fabrication and testing within 180 days of signing the contract and a mere 68 days from final receipt of major materials. All equipment has been reassembled and pre-commissioned on the jobsite near Daharki in the province of SIND Pakistan. It is expected that first sales gas will be delivered in July of 2009.
